Our Warranty Is Pretty Special—Here’s Why
At Beehive Buildings, we understand that when you invest in a pole building, you want to be sure that it will last.
To help minimize any concerns you may have, we offer a 10-year warranty—something that is entirely unheard of in the industry—on our buildings. What exactly does that mean, though, and how does it benefit you? We’ve taken the time to explain the details below.
What Is Covered Under The Warranty?
To put it simply, our warranty guarantees that all of the work we complete will be carried out properly, and that it will match the plans outlined in the contract. If an issue arises due to defective work, or if a pole building we have constructed is different from the plans, then we will correct the problem through either repair or replacement.
How Long Does The Warranty Last?
The Beehive Buildings warranty stays in effect for 10 years. This also means that if we perform warranty work within that 10 year period, the time is reset for that particular work. For example, if we complete a warranty repair one year after a building is built, then that specific repair work will remain under warranty for an additional 10 years rather than for 9 years like the rest of the building.
How Do Materials Fit into The Warranty?
Because Beehive Buildings does not manufacture the products we use to construct pole buildings, the warranties of our suppliers apply to specific products. For example, the metal cladding that we use on buildings’ exteriors comes with a 40-year warranty.
Though our warranty does not cover products, we will still make an effort to reach out to suppliers and obtain a free replacement if there is an issue with a product. We will also reinstall that product at no charge.
How Does Warranty Service Work?
If a customer notices an issue with a pole building during the warranty period, they simply need to notify us. From there, we’ll fulfill our obligations to repair the issue as quickly as possible.
What Is Not Covered Under The Warranty?
As we mentioned before, any issue with a pole building that arises due to an error on our part is covered. This means that damage caused by storms, accidents, alterations, or a failure to complete maintenance is not covered under the warranty.
It’s normal that you want some assurance about quality and longevity before you invest in a pole building of your own; now that you have some more insight into our warranty, we hope you feel at ease about moving forward with your plans.
