Hey, we’re looking into building something similar to the Dustin Polebarn example in southeastern Idaho, specifically Fair View just North of the UT/ID border. Ballpark on pricing for something similar? And the way we understand it, you build the pole barn and we finish it out….correct?
We have a couple of plans that are similar that we like with a bit larger living area. One plan has a breezeway to a separate building with garage shop. Also, we like the look of a large gable in the front and matching out the back onto a patio.
Another question, a smaller footprint with a loft area, better bang for the buck?
I know we’re all over the place here, but just trying to get a feel for what’s available

Id like an estimate on the turnkey and shell also if i could. Im looking to build in the Tooele county area. With the turnkey do you guys do the pad and all utilities? If i could get sone estimates on those also that would be great.
