Barndominiums for Sale
If you’re looking for local barndominiums for sale, you may be better off looking for a pole barn home builder instead. There are a couple of reasons for this.
- Even though pole barns have been used for a number of different purposes for over a century, existing barndominiums are hard to find thanks to a small supply and a high demand for affordable yet unique homes in today’s real estate market.
- Instead of retrofitting your life into an existing space, hiring a barndominium builder will allow you to customize your barndominium floor plans and interior to perfectly meet your personal needs and aesthetics.
If you’d like to talk to the barndominium experts at Beehive Buildings about building your own pole barn home, please contact us today!
Hey, we’re looking into building something similar to the Dustin Polebarn example in southeastern Idaho, specifically Fair View just North of the UT/ID border. Ballpark on pricing for something similar? And the way we understand it, you build the pole barn and we finish it out….correct?
We have a couple of plans that are similar that we like with a bit larger living area. One plan has a breezeway to a separate building with garage shop. Also, we like the look of a large gable in the front and matching out the back onto a patio.
Another question, a smaller footprint with a loft area, better bang for the buck?
I know we’re all over the place here, but just trying to get a feel for what’s available
I will have my Sales Manager, Jake, reach out to you through the email you provided (if you prefer a phone call, just let me know).
In the meantime, we can build the pole barn (warm shell) and you can finish it out, or we have a Turnkey option where we will build the pole barn and complete the interior finishings as well. Jake can give you ballpark figures on both those options.
I’ll have Jake reach out and answer all your questions.
Id like an estimate on the turnkey and shell also if i could. Im looking to build in the Tooele county area. With the turnkey do you guys do the pad and all utilities? If i could get sone estimates on those also that would be great.
We’d be happy to you help you out with this. If you could contact our Sales Manager, Jake, he can get you taken care of. His email is Sales@BeehiveBuildings.com or his phone number is 801-529-4222.
I am interested in pricing on small barndinium displayed on your website.
I’ve forward your contact info on to my Sales Manager, Jake, and he’ll be reaching out to work with you on this quote.
