After erecting hundreds of buildings over the past 25 years with his successful construction company, Garrett Nichols recognized the need for a knowledgeable and dependable pole building contractor who offers quality builds at an affordable price. In 2017, Garrett shifted his focus and committed his building experience to provide local community members with custom pole buildings that bring their backyard dreams to reality.
Locally owned and operated, Beehive Buildings has quickly grown from one small building crew in Utah to a company with more than 30 employees serving an ever-expanding region of the Intermountain West. Our extensive local experience and genuine investment in our communities give us a grounded understanding of local regulations that allows us to prioritize quality customer service and clear communication from start to finish.

At Beehive Buildings, we understand that when you invest in a pole building, you want to be sure it will stand the test of time. That is why — unlike some other builders — we use 100% American-made steel and complete all of our work in-house (versus subbing out projects to other contractors). We are confident in the quality of our product and offer a 10-year contractor warranty on all of our pole buildings — something that is unheard of in the industry.

Owner
Garrett has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Everything from home building to commercial building and maintenance to pole buildings. His vast knowledge and years of experience in the industry are invaluable to the team and clients here at Beehive Buildings. He loves watching our clients' dream buildings come to life!
He lives in Morgan, Utah with his wife, Camille, and their five children. Garrett lives for his family and loves creating memories with them whether that's on vacations, snowmobiling, dirt-biking, horseback riding, or any other outdoor activities.
Jake
General Manager
Jake is our fearless leader and manages all aspects of the business. He ensures all systems and processes run smoothly to ensure you have the best building experience possible.
Jake lives in South Weber, Utah with his beautiful wife and adorable daugther. When not at work, Jake enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and snowmobiling.
Heidi
Business Controller
Heidi has been with us since the very beginning and loves coming to work every day! She manages all the financial aspects of the business.
She is a Davis County native and loves everything outdoors. When not at work, you can find her hiking, hiking, hiking, skiing, at the lake, camping, or anything else that involves fun and outdoors. (Oh! Did we mention hiking?) She also loves traveling with any number of her eight siblings.

Plans & Permitting Manager
Tressa will be your point of contact through the plans & engineering phase, as well as the permit application phase. She facilitates consistent communication between our office and our customers to provide the extraordinary customer service that we're known for and are constantly striving to expand on.
Tressa has a wide array of skills, including wedding planning, home decorating, and delicious cooking. She loves spending time in the mountains, camping, and kayaking.

Sales Manager
Logan is our awesome Sales Manager. He'll be your first point of contact with Beehive Buildings and he's excited to help you design your dream building! He'll help you price out the building you want and then have a site visit with you at the building location to finalize all the details.
Jazmin
Sales Assistant
Jazmin is our amazing Sales Assistant! She works closely with Jake to ensure you get your bid and any related questions answered as quickly as possible.
She lives in North Ogden with her family and enjoys fishing, paddleboarding, and trying local restaurants.
Tabatha
Project Manager
Tabatha is our dynamic Project Manager and has been involved in the pole building industry for years. She helps keep our schedule on track and assists the crews in getting your building done when, where, and how it is supposed to be done. You'll love working with Tabatha!
She grew up in Tremonton, UT where she still lives with her 7 year old daughter. She loves, and owns, horses and enjoys being in the great outdoors.

Project Manager for Interior Finishes
Russell is our Project Manager for Interior Finishes. He assists the crews in making sure they have everything they need to complete the project as efficiently as possible.
He enjoys riding dirt bikes and playing guitar and writing songs.
Isaac
Project Assistant
Isaac is our amazing Project Assistant who assists our Project Managers in making sure your build goes smoothly. Sergio is responsible for material ordering and making sure the crews have what they need to complete your project.
He loves soccer and enjoys most any outdoor activity.
